OIZ Consortium and Group Membership Program
A group compliance program for Organized Industrial Zones: expertise that is costly individually is accessed collectively.
Service Details
When Made in EU compliance is conducted on an individual company basis, it is both costly and inefficient; because companies within the same OIZ often work with similar raw material sources, similar production processes, and similar export markets. The OIZ Consortium Model transforms this commonality into an advantage: through shared field audits, joint training programs, and collective origin declaration infrastructure, significant cost reduction is achieved compared to individual consulting. The program is conducted in coordination with the OIZ administration; thus, institutional support is obtained while establishing a structure that does not detach from regional competitiveness. This model, implemented for the first time in Turkey, is also compatible with the EU's Cluster policy and possesses the qualifications to be used as a reference in future regional incentive applications.
Highlights
- Shared field audits — the same expert team audits multiple companies in the same region; unit cost decreases
- Joint training programs with OIZ administration — application-oriented, workshop-format real case solutions
