The result is an index (KERİ) from 0–100 and one of five maturity levels. The index is produced by weighting six dimensions according to sector.
Four cutoff criteria (K1–K4) flag legally binding gaps that cannot be compensated by total score. Four consistency checks (T1–T4) flag contradictory answers for clarification.
Weights and scoring are computed on the server; raw scores are never sent to the client.
