What is it?
When an origin declaration is questioned at EU customs or in a buyer audit, the first question is: who prepared this, and on what data? If the answer is "we prepared it ourselves", both time and credibility are lost.
This service reviews every record underlying the declaration — supplier declarations, production records, value-added calculations, tariff classification reasoning — and consolidates them into a single systematic file.
Why is it necessary?
Having a file ready, rather than searching backwards through months of records when an audit arrives, changes both the duration and the outcome.
When a European buyer sees this file, they understand that the supplier in front of them takes the matter seriously. That is a tangible factor in price negotiations and contract renewals.
What do we promise?

Our limits
This is not an official certificate of origin. Certificates of origin are issued by the competent authorities; KORDINAT prepares, reviews and provides the technical reasoning for the file underlying the declaration.
